TrailKamchia Sands is a unique sports event from 2015, which takes place along the longest beach in Bulgaria, and the route includes crossing the mouth of the Kamchia River. The course is entirely on sand, with users choosing to run barefoot or with shoes. The distances are 10 and 21 kilometers, as well as 2 kilometers for children.
