The 100K Midyat Ultra, part of the Intersport Mesopotamia Trail Run, is a historical and cultural running experience held in Mardin. The 100 km course offers runners not just a race, but also a city tour that let you experience the historical fabric of Mardin and a trail run through the Mesopotamian lands. Along the course you can see the following UNESCO World Heritage sites Mor Sobo Monastery, Virgin Mary Church, Mor Malke Monastery, Mor Gabriel Monastery and Mor Yakup Monastery
