Trail runningTracks and trails from Lumpers to Carnavaddy then on to the Poc Fada route which leads to Black Mountain. Following the Poc Fada yellow stones until it branches off onto some open mountain running. You will come back into some forest and decent along the river path to the finish at Lumpers.
