Trail runningCAPRIONE EPIC TRAIL is included in FIDAL national calendar .The are two competitive distances, 32KM with 1800 D+ and 18KM with 1000 D+. The is also a non competitive distance , 10KM .
All the races start and finish on square Garibaldi in Lerici, on the seaside . The trails pass through the most evocative and beautiful places of Caprione promontory
