Trail del Cinghiale 2018 returns to its original roots and are happy to welcome you with its traditional start illuminated by headlights at 5 a.m. in the deepest and immaculate heart of the Romagnolo's Appenine, famous for it's purity, real, original and natural tracks and breathtaking Apennine's views. The race route twists and turns completelly in single tracks, mule tracks, Roman tracks, undegrowth tracks, 0% asphalt. The race route becomes always more intresting with every step you make, even thanks to the local Apennine particularity- it contains really a lot of clay in it! So you will never feel you to be bored! The heart of the race is 8-shaped loop, it's kernel is as always in Il Poggiolo, where the traditional local and home made pasta-party waits for you on finish. And obviously during the race you will find ever present local meal refreshment points and unfailing cortesy of our volunteers. Now you can run it also in team! Once a Cinghiale, always a Cinghiale.
