From Evolène, join the Fauchère by the cross-country skiing route. At La Fauchère, the path quickly go up until the first houses of Villa. Most of the difference in altitude is concentrated in this 1 km. This first part of the route must be managed correctly.

Start the DéfiTrail challenge at the start of the Fauchère (km 0.7) if you want to time this climb and compare yourself with other trail-runners!

Continue on the balcony path to the Chapelle Saint Christophe. Take a short break to discover this remarkable site that offers an exceptional panorama of the valley and the surrounding peaks. Continue in the direction of La Forclaz by alternating paths and trails. In La Forclaz, you would zigzag through the typical chalets before passing through the estives to join Les Haudères, village below. At Les Haudères, take time to quench your thirst at the fountain in the center of the village before joining La Borgne, a river that flows at the foot of the Arolla glacier. Then join Evolène by a path in balcony, first in the woods then in the middle of pastures.

Encore un trail parfaitement réalisable en ce début de saison - dommage de le mentionner comme "fermé ".

Là aussi, le parcours peut être considéré comme ouvert. Un beau terrain d'entraînement en début de saison par tous les temps !
