Let's try a new challenge with this track, on the Nantaux vertical race. This competition is a main trail running event in Aulps valley, it's a new category of mountain running. The track is only going up, it's a short but intense effort. The record is held by a french runner Alexis Sevennec, 33 min to reach the summit !

You will need sticks for this training track. The starting point is at the "Granges" place, 800 meters distance from the parking. Don't forget to take drinks and a cap to protect from the sun. The track is clear on half distance, you will go through pastures. Last 150meters on the ridge are less deep. The final arrival in 1950m high is at the Nantaux Summit, place known as "Les Mottets". The track to go down is just next to the up run track.
