parcours

A short loop starting from the old Abbey, ideal for testing yourself on a fast route while discovering the peaks of the Monts d'Arrée and the Diry peat bogs. This former Cistercian abbey is renowned for its acoustics and is the venue for many concerts.

Beginners will find here an easy route along the hiking trails of the northern side of the Monts d'Arrée. The paths are soft and very pleasant to run on!

Don't hesitate to extend the route to the hamlet of Trédudon-le-Moine, the first Resistance village in France, by passing the ridge, if you wish to discover a place full of history...
